REFUNDS
Ammunition
– For safety reason we are unable to do returns on ammunition.
– If for any reason you believe you have defective product, you may contact us and ship it back at your expense. After examination by Bird of Prey USA it is determined the product is defective, new replacement ammunition, of the same caliber and from a different lot, will be sent back to the customer at Bird of Prey USA’s expense.
– Once contact has been made, Customer has 10 days in which to get the product back to:

Att: RETURNS
– Notification of defective product MUST be made within 30 days of delivery of purchased ammunition. Delivery of product is the date listed by SHIPPER tracking number that the product has been delivered. Bird of Prey USA is not responsible for customer ammunition storage conditions beyond the 30 days.
Firearms
– Customer has 14 days to from delivery of purchased firearm or accessory product to inform Bird of Prey USA that there is a defect in a product or that it did not come as advertised. Delivery of product is the date listed by SHIPPER tracking number that the product has been delivered.
– Once contact has been made, Customer has 10 days in which to get the product back to:

– If it is found that tampering has happened or any damage is believed to have happened AFTER a firearm or any other product was shipped by Bird of Prey USA, no refund will be awarded.
